Memories made

Image
So glad I was able to spend time this past weekend with my cousin. We sadly have not had the opportunity to spend much time together growing up. The one good thing about Facebook was that we could keep in touch adults, still not the same as real life. Which like I have said one of the reasons I wanted to leave Facebook was so I could have more real life and intentional relationships. It was a short visit,  but memories were made and our children got the opportunity to meet and know each other. I pray that this visit leads to other visits and stronger bonds between all of us. I will never forget getting to watch all the boys playing with their southern cousin in the snow building the the world's smallest snow man.

Road trip to Jungle Jims

Went to Cincinnati over the weekend to visit with my cousin I haven't seen in years. Stopped at Jungle Jim's in Fairfield on the way down. We have been there before but it is always an adventure to visit.  This visit we filled a 6 pack of soda, they have different flavors and different brands, this will be a family taste testing challenge in the future. We also got Chris some cigar supplies and I got some discount wine to try too.

This blogger thing is hard...

Okay so Facebook made sharing so much easier.... is that a good thing or a bad thing ?? I have to put forth more effort to share... still trying to figure out how to add photos 🤔 And you my friends are going to have to put forth more effort to read.  But finally figured out how to add photos 📷    Time to keep exploring and sharing

New Adventures start here....

Left Facebook... download all my memories to the safety of the hard drive and moving on. I will miss the sharing of the lives of friends and family but there is so much more I am happy to leave behind...  Hopefully I will also have more time for more intentional interactions with those I care about. More time adventuring with my Bailey boys ❤
